Raising Quarter Horses since 1972.
We are located 9 miles east of Sturgis, SD on Highway 34 and 5 miles north on Nine Mile Road. We are on the ranch that was homesteaded by Gary’s grandparents.
During these 40+ years we have continually worked on developing strong pedigrees that will make multi talented horses for use in several competitive events. We have raised most of our broodmares, thus having a total look at their personalities, dispositions, intelligence and trainability from the very start.
Raised or purchased we look for horses with the quality to fit a versatile performance profile. Of course their disposition, looks, bone and mind are of utmost importance.
Our goal in breeding horses is to raise these kinds of appealing colts with strong pedigrees that will become intelligent trainable riders.
We market our colts at home, at the Ranchers Quarter Horse Breeders Association sale in August, the Sugar Bars Legacy Sale in September, the Bad River Extravaganza sale also in September and the NILE Gold Buckle Select Horse Sale in October.
